The College organizes an annual photo day, on which graduating students would take photos with their peers and teachers. The College also works hand-in-hand with Class Society to organize graduation activities, including celebration activities on photo day and graduation dinner.
College Photo Day 2026
College Photo Day 2026 will be held on 27 March 2026 (Friday). Graduating students who wish to borrow an academic gown, take faculty and individual photos should submit their application at https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13722075 on or before 3pm, 19 January 2026 (Monday).
ALL student bodies and societies (including student union and resident associations) planning to hold celebration activities for the graduating class on 27 March 2026 MUST register online at https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13722073 on or before 3pm, 23 February 2026 (Monday). Due to venue limitation, celebration booths will be determined on a first-come-first-served basis (according to the order of deposit submission).
