Introduction

Nowadays, people are more affluent and children are taken good care of. Parents can afford to support children to buy any foods they want. Yet, some foods may adversely affect their health. Through promoting healthy food to children, we hope they can have a healthy diet and lifestyle. In addition, we hope to enhance their awareness of personal hygiene, to reduce the risk of disease.

Reflection and Learning

In the beginning, the children were passive and not very responsive to us. After the group discussion, they were more active to express their views. In the Q&A session, they were eager to answer our questions and engaged in the discussion seriously, and our bonding was built up gradually. After teaching the health knowledge, we were surprised to see the enhancement of children’s health consciousness. Their good learning attitude was much appreciated.
